Back-to-School Student Success Materials Shipment Tracker

During the month of August, all public and state accredited-nonpublic K-12 schools in Indiana will receive shipments of Back-to-School Student Success materials for the 2014-2015 academic year. Each box will be clearly marked with a bright green label that has the state seal printed on it.

What was shipped?

Each public and state accredited-nonpublic K-12 school in Indiana received the following, based on the grades served by the particular school:

College & Career-Readiness Campaign Kits / Learn More Indiana Promo Cards (Grades K-12)

o    In addition to an implementation guide to get you started, each campaign kit contains three t-shirts (nine total) for your designated campaign coaches, one poster (three total) and a bulletin board kit (three total) to help you increase awareness of the campaigns and related resources available at LearnMoreIndiana.org.

o    Each shipment also includes promo cards that highlight Learn More Indiana‚Äôs free services and campaigns.

LEARN MORE Student Success Guides (Grades K-10)

o    Aligned to state standards and featuring real Indiana students, each guide contains age-appropriate articles and activities to help your students succeed in school and prepare for future college and career success.

o    Quantities received are based on student enrollment plus 20%. Do not discard additional copies as community organizations and neighboring schools may request your extra magazines.

LEARN MORE Educator Guides (Grades K-8)

o    Provided as a companion to the LEARN MORE student magazines and aligned to state standards, the Educator Guides contain lesson plans and worksheets (blackline masters) that make it easy for teachers to incorporate college- and career-focused lessons into their classroom instruction throughout the year.

o    Quantities received are based on teacher counts in your building.

NEXT Indiana: A Guide to Life After High School (Grades 11-12)

o    Provided to help students graduate high school and connect to postsecondary education and career options, including two- and four-year colleges, apprenticeship programs, the military and more.

o    Quantities are based on student enrollment plus 20%. Do not discard additional copies as community organizations and neighboring schools may request your extra magazines.

Indiana e-Transcript (Grades 9-12) Promo Card

o    Provided to help students learn how to transmit high school transcripts requests online 24 hours a day/7 days a week and transfer their successful high school coursework into meaningful college credit.

o    Quantities are based on student enrollment.
