During the month of August, all public and state accredited-nonpublic K-12 schools in Indiana will receive shipments of student success materials for the 2015-2016 academic year. Each box will be clearly marked with a bright green label emblazoned with the state seal.

What was shipped?

Each public and state accredited-nonpublic K-12 school in Indiana received the following, based on the grades served:

LEARN MORE Student Success Guides (Grades K-10)

o    Aligned to state standards and featuring real Indiana students, each guide contains age-appropriate articles and activities to help your students succeed in school and prepare for future college and career success.

o    Quantities received are based on student enrollment plus 10%. Please share any extra copies with community organizations and neighboring schools.

NEXT Indiana: A Guide to Life After High School (Grades 11-12)

o    These guides are provided to help students graduate high school and connect to postsecondary education and career options, including two- and four-year colleges, apprenticeship programs, the military and more.

o    Quantities are based on student enrollment plus 10%. Please share any extra copies with community organizations and neighboring schools.

Posters (Grades 6-12)

o    Three posters are included to communicate important messages around Learn More Indiana’s annual college and career success campaigns: College GO! (August through November), Cash for College (December through March) and Career Ready (April through July).

o    ‘I Am a Scholar’ poster is included to build community among 21st Century Scholars.
